Built from scratch,

Latitude 20 was born from a simple belief: that the best food doesn't need a fancy label. We opened our doors in Chicago's 60661 neighborhood with two goals — bake bread that tastes like it should, and fill our shelves with groceries worth getting excited about.

Every loaf starts with a starter we've tended for years. Every jar of jam, bottle of olive oil, and box of pasta is something we'd actually put on our own table. If it doesn't pass that test, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.
